- Include the version and platform
ProMon version, Ubuntu version, and the relevant integration or host-agent platform.
- Describe the steps and the result
What you were trying to do, what happened, and the exact error message after removing private details.
- Leave credentials out
Remove passwords, API tokens, enrollment tokens, private keys, and private infrastructure details from screenshots and logs.
